He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Parton and Mary Ann Parton; and his brothers, Jerry, David, Ralph and Bobby Parton.

He is survived by: his wife Beth Parton; his children, Steve Parton (Erin), Scott Parton (Kelly) and Angie Noel (Brian); and his grandchildren, Nick Parton, Nathan Parton, Reiner Parton, Asher Parton, Jude Noel, Ben Noel and Caroline Noel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
