He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Neagele of Cincinnati, Amanda Neagele of Cincinnati, Brandon Farrell of Cincinnati, Caitlin Farrell of Cincinnati, Rebecca Farrell of Cincinnati and Jeremy Farrell of Cincinnati; his mother Dorothy Farrell of Erlanger; and his siblings, Pat Farrell of Spring, TX, Dan Farrell of Covington and Linda Caudill of Delhi.
