He is survived by: his wife Susan Hoffman; his children, Alicia Hoffman and Nick Hoffman (Tricia); his grandchildren, Chloe, Bella, Charley, Audrey and Gabi; his mother Marilyn Hoffman; his sisters, Kim Lawless (John) and Renee Waymeyer (Tim); his mother-in-law JoAnn Arlinghaus; and his brother-in-law Paul Arlinghaus (Pattie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as other beloved relatives and friends.
