She is survived by: her husband Harold "Hal" Forshey; her children, Angelee "Angie" Amussen (Will) and Rodney Forshey (Andrea); and her grandchildren, Abigail Amussen, Mathew Brisse, Nicole Forshey and Sara Forshey. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
