He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Wade and Dorothy Wade; and his siblings, Joyce Fudge, Bill Wade, Ora Schafer and Jack Wade.
He is survived by: his wife Donita Ryan Wade; his son Justin Wade (Carrie); his stepchildren, Ron Ryan (Michele) and Laura Rigg (Andrew); his sisters, Julia Fleisch and Debbie Kuhlman; his grandchildren, Myla, Madi, Gabby, Ashley, Paris, Mason, Cole, Cassidy, Vince, Julia, Gabe, Mia and Ben; and his great grandchildren, Scylar and Bentley.
