He is survived by: his wife Katy Smeltzer; his children, Melanie Lennon (Eric), Ann Smeltzer, David Smeltzer (Margaret) and Carrie Katz (Scott); his brother Keith Smeltzer (Susan); his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Kaayla, Talon, Michael, Ben, Conrad, Shawn and Carson; and his great grandchildren, Krista, Madelyn and Milla.
