He is survived by: his wife Ethel "Bunny" Miles; his children, Melvin Miles (Carol), Larry Miles, Jr. (Tracy), Roman Miles and Latrese Davis (Adam); his siblings, Kim Carter and Thomas Carter; and his friend Melvin Johnson.
