He is survived by: his child God Church Kevin Michael; his wife Sara Fitzpatrick Doll; his son Aidan Cahner Doll; his parents, Robert Doll and Ellen Doll; and his brothers, Brian Doll (Michelle) and Eric Doll (Shannon). He is also survived by nieces, a nephew and extended family and friends.
