He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Pyle of Arizona and Shawnna Morgan (Pat) of Independence, KY; his brother Executive Gary Wayne Moore (Linda) of Burlington, KY; his nephew Gary "Scott" Moore (Erikka) of Florence, KY; his stepsiblings, Phillip Lewis (Donna) of Florida, Sherry Meridth (Charles) of Florida and Diana Mullins (Jim) of Boone Co; and his aunt Jane Whaley Stahl of Falmouth.
