It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Green of Erlanger, Kentucky, who passed away on October 26, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Burkhart and Ida Mae Burkhart; her stepmother Roberta Burkhart; and her nephew Jonathan Gallenstein. She is survived by: her children, Alex Green and Terri Gadd Herald; her sister Cheryl Gallenstein (Tom); and her grandchildren, Matthew and Cameron Herald.
