He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wanda, Russell Manning, Carol and James Donald Rice. He is survived by: his parents, Vicki Lynn Manning and Billy Ray Manning; his siblings, William Conner, Billy Ray Manning Jr., Lisa Manning Ort (Rickey), Glenda Luman (Jeremy), Molly Manning Carter (Chris) and Madison Manning; and his daughter Presley. He is also survived by ses his parents and daughter.
