She was predeceased by: her husband John T. Masarik; and her siblings, Paul, Joe, Thomas, John, George, Frank, Edward Hazlinsky and Helen Verostko.
She is survived by: her children, Joe, Steve, Robert Masarik, Marlene Clemons (late Robert), Kathie McNeil (Fred), Cindy Masarik (Don) and Elaine Caudill (Ray); and her sisters, Mary Anderson and Martha. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
