He is survived by: his wife Jacque Balasquide; his sisters, Cynthia Rodriguez and Dyhalma Garcia; his daughter Darlene Pendleton; his niece Lisette Getzler; his grandchildren, Andrew, Anthony Pendleton, Kristen Pendleton and Tiffany Leicher; and his great grandchildren, Noah Pendleton, Jack Parsons and Kyleigh Parsons.
