She is survived by: her children, Scott Kelley III of Union, Annette Brattain (Warren) of Erlanger and Jill Trenkamp of Ludlow; and her brother Allen Taylor of Whitley City. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
