He is survived by: his wife Tina Powers; his parents, Richard Powers and Nancy Powers; his daughters, Vicky Hepfinger (Phil), Michelle Abney (Jason) and Ashley Withers (Steven); his brother Steve Powers; and his granddaughter Harper Abney.
