He was predeceased by: his parents, James Crowell and Ann Crowell. He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne; and his sisters, Mary Collins of Louisville and Bridget Williams of Radcliff. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a wide circle of friends.
