He was predeceased by: his father Alvin Wert. He is survived by: his mother Betty Lou Wert; and his brothers, Dave Wert (Teresa), Doug Wert (Tina), Daren Wert (Annette) and Dennis Wert (Lara). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
