He is survived by: his wife Geneva "Tootie" Black Skinner; his nephew William Black; his cousin Billie Taylor; his brother-in-law Floyd Black; his children, Timothy Skinner (Shelley), Terry Davies (Vicki), Patricia Ann Skinner, Denise Hobbs (Phillip), Dee Goodpaster (Keith) and Debby Skinner; his grandchildren, Curtis Tudor (Julie), Jason Hobbs, Steven Goodpaster, Christopher Goodpaster, Marie Peterson (Mark Gibbin), Kristy Hobbs Wright (Mark), Jennifer Hobbs and Kelly Goodpaster Warren (Charles); and his great grandchildren, Stella Grace Warren, Logan Peterson, Owen Gibbin, Brayden Tudor, Abby Tudor and Ben Tudor.
