He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Nienaber; his son David Nienaber; his great grandchild Kenny Walker; his sister Margie Brungs; and his son-in-law Tim Walker Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Patti Taylor (Don), Mary Walker and Bob Nienaber; and his siblings, Joe Nienaber, Mary Ann Sund (Gene) and Barbara Hauser (Mike). He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
