It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonita Murphy (Erlanger, Kentucky), born in Covington, Kentucky, who passed away on June 21, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Smith and Mary Jane Smith; her husband Jack M. Murphy; and her brother George Smith. She is survived by: her children, Gregory (Kym), Jennifer (Patrick) and Jason (Amanda); and her sisters, Patricia and Gayle. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren, nieces and nephews and lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Literacy for Haiti, an organization Bonnie felt strongly about as well as the Erlanger Christian Church Youth Group.
