He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Mullins and Lucy Mullins; his wife Sheila Stewart Mullins; and his siblings, Merle Mullins and Kathleen Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa McIntosh (Don), Debi Wayman (Mark) and Bill Mullins (Robin); his grandchildren, Brett Wayman (Zhanna), Chad Wayman (Chelsea), Kaylie McIntosh, Drew Mullins and Sean Mullins; and his great grandchildren, Ellie, Evyn, Levi, River, Mila, Jack and Cameron.
