He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Arteno and Catherine Arteno; his siblings, Walter and Shirley; and his brother-in-law Earl.

He is survived by: his spouse JoDee LaScala; his sons, Jon (Jackie), David and Dominic; his grandson Nicholas; and his brothers, Tommy and Gordon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
