He is survived by: his parents, Dan Perkins and Meegan Perkins; his grandparents, Melly Idleman, Lawrence Perkins and Kathleen Perkins; his brother Garrett Perkins; and his significant other Veronica Vargas. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a niece and nephew.
