He was predeceased by: his parents, Arbin Sr. Bowen and Cozette Bowen. He is survived by: his wife Jane Bowen; his children, Charles Bowen (Becky), Eric Carter Bowen (Melanie), Jonathan Bowen (Sara) and Jennifer Bowen; his grandchildren, Henry Bowen, Julian Bowen, Lucian Bowen and Savannah Eversole; his siblings, Jamie Carpenter, Eddie Bowen and Danny Bowen (Margaret); and his mother-in-law JoAnn Stephenson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Grace Baptist Church, 10080 Demia Way, Florence, KY 41042 or to the charity of donor's choice.
