It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amy Lou (Woodard) Pannell (Erlanger, Kentucky), born in Knoxville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 23, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harris and Amy Woodard (McLeod); and her brother James Harris Woodard, II. She is survived by: her husband Robert Pannell; her daughter Ashley Pannell; her son-in-law David Keim; her siblings, Dolores Oliver (Gene), Diana Davis (Roger White), Alexander Woodard, George Woodard and Margaret Tipton (Jim); and her sister-in-law Marlene Woodard. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the pandemic, a celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
