He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Drucilla Walker and Allen Powers Bowen, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bowen (Clifford); his sister Hulda Jane Pappas; his niece Christina Nikole Pappas (Charlie Provost); and his great-niece Patty Mae Provost. He is also survived by his loving in-laws, many long-term close friends.
