He is survived by: his mother Juanita Sturgill Dingus Matthews of Whitesburg, Kentucky.; his sons, Jason Maggard of McRoberts and David Dingus of Texas; his siblings, Billy Dingus of Eolia, Charles Matthew Jr. of Whitesburg, Kentucky., Sandra Bradley of Gordon, Margaret Sumpter of Castlewood, Theresa Polly of Mayking and Karen Smith of Whitesburg, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Audrey and Jailey.
