She is survived by: her children, Paul David Sturgill (Adrienne) of Cromona, Kentucky. and Selena Smith (Jim) of Bryantsville, Kentucky.; her sisters, Lorene Sturgill of Tazwell and Carolyn Couch of Lancaster, Kentucky.; her granddaughters, Nikki Sturgill of Nicholasville and Ashley Lunsford (Brandon) of Phoenix, Arizona.; and her great great grandchildren, Ben Carr, Alex Carr and Cameron Gibson.
