He is survived by: his sons, Myrel Lewis Jr. (Lisa) of Eolia and Donnie Thomas Lewis; his grandchildren, Tracy Lewis of Mooresburg and Norman Lewis (Tabitha) of Whitesburg; his daughters, Tanya Metzler (Wally) of McDaniels and Michelle Lewis of Eolia; and his siblings, Lowell Thomas Lewis of Andrews, James Fairley Lewis of Eolia, Joey Lewis of Murphy, Lester Lewis of Eolia, Jack Lewis of Murphy, Chester Lewis of Blueridge, Georgia, Ruth Church of Eolia, Carol Rayburn of Cowan, Judy Collier of Eolia and Becky Frerichs of Nebraska.
