She is survived by: her husband Charles Mullins; her children, Brandon Lovell Mullins of Eolia, David Andrew Mullins of Whitesburg and Crystal Gale Maggard of Flat Gap; her sisters, Catherine Carver of Arlington, Cathy Barker of Pikeville, Barb of Harlan and Jane Gilbert of Georgia; and her grandchildren, Andrew Walter Mullins, Ivy Ann Mullins and Audrey May Maggard.
