He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Joy Terry Bailey; his siblings, Lonnie Bailey of Tennessee, Robert Bailey of Tennessee, Paul Bailey of Middlesboro, Lila Morris of Tennessee, Jill Williams of Illinois and Sue Herald of Tennessee; his daughter Beth Little (Phillip); his great-niece Maggie; and his great-nephews, Tyler Saylor and Braylon Crisp.
