He is survived by: his wife Brenda Sue Boggs Ratliff; his children, Donald Ratliff (Amanda) of Eolia and April Miller (Ricky) of Kingscreek; his siblings, Ronnie Ratliff of Isom, Charles Astor Ratliff of Jeremiah, Betty Frazier of Cowan, Francine Baker of Pert Creek, Bonnie Hatton of Pert Creek, Beatrice Hogg of Kingscreek, Loretta Brock of Roxanna, Mary Brashears of Kingscreek and Resi Brill of Virginia; and his grandchildren, Rickey Michael Miller, Ethan Davidson Miller, Jason Brock, Justin Brock and Caylee Brock.
