It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Carter (Eolia, Kentucky), who passed away on April 29, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Turman Carter and Mary Sturgill Carter; his siblings, James Guy Sturgill and Lana Caroline Creech; and his son-in-law Jim Hampton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Kilbourne (Harold) of Wise Virginia and Lisa Hampton of Eolia; his brother Richard Carter of Eolia; his brother-in-law Johnny D. Sturgill; and his great grandchildren, Addie Hampton and Jack Phelps.
