He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Knight Jackson; and his children, Debra Lynn Horstman of New Castle, KY, Janice Ann Jaggers of New Castle, KY, Charles Horstman (Tori) of Wilmore, KY and William Vernon Jackson II (Debi) of Alpharetta, GA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
