She is survived by: her husband David "Smiley" Palmer of Eminence; her children, Destiny Palmer of Barbourville, Danielle Palmer of New Castle, David Palmer, Jr. of New Castle and Dallas Palmer (Bobbie) of Sulphur; her mother Delores Powell of New Castle; and her mother-in-law Lorine Palmer of New Castle.
