He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Price and Lizzie Harvey (Peak); his former wife Anna Harvey (Cranmer); his wife Betty Harvey (Aldridge); and his sister Iva Sams of New Castle.

He is survived by: his daughters, Wanda Satterly of LaGrange and Paula Armstrong (Paul) of Shelby County; his stepdaughter Courtney Butts (Benjamin) of Campbellsburg; and his grandchildren, Keith Armstrong (Kristy) of Taylorsville, Denise Heiner (Hal) of Louisville, Crystal Satterly of Bedford and Renee Satterly of Jericho.

Memorial contributions may be made to Crossroads Lighthouse Church, 220 Clear Creek Road, Eminence, Kentucky 40019.
