She was predeceased by: her parents, Blaine Adler and Gladys Mae Adler (Kelley); and her husband D. S. Smith. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Ginger Gault (Rob) of Louisville, Lori Jones of Centerfield, Robin Johnson of Lawrenceburg, Ricky Adler (Judy) of Pleasureville, Rob Adler of Frankfort and David Smith of Campbellsburg. She is also survived by Several Other Nieces and Nephews.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
