He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnett Perry and Dora Perry (Nelson). He is survived by: his wife Jean Perry of Eminence; his children, Kennedy Wardrup Perry of Eminence, Amaya Perry of Eminence, Paige Crawford Carter of New Castle and Bobby Perry (Amanda) of Eminence; his sister Cinda Perry Mahoney of Campbellsburg; his grandchildren, Kaitlin Hieatt, Austin Hieatt and Zachary Hieatt; his great grandchildren, Kadence Carter, Kinslee Perry and Brayleigh Hieatt; and his sisters-in-law, Martha Perry of Eminence, Sally Welch of New Castle, Betty Mae Evans and Cathy Cox.
