She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie John Lindsay and Ruth Smith (Hoskins); her daughter Ivette Lindsay; her grandson Jejuan Goodloe; and her siblings, Anna Frances Witherspoon, Phyllis Lindsay, Logan Smith, John Lindsay and Robert Lindsay.
She is survived by: her children, Deanna Evans of Louisville, Orvell Lindsay (Linda) of North Carolina, Oliver Goodloe of Shelbyville and Kim Goodloe of Shelbyville; and her siblings, Gary Lindsay (Patsy) of Louisville, Harold Lindsay (Alma) of Eminence and Mildred Jordan (Ray, Sr.) of Nashville.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
