She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Richmond and Arlie Belle Zornes Richmond; her husband Carl G. Fannin; her siblings, Cassie Richmond, Lillian, Carpenter, Betty Taylor, Marcus Richmond (Sadie) and Ernie Richmond; her sister-in-law Tottie Richmond; and her daughter-in-law Nancy Fannin.
She is survived by: her children, Loretta Burchett (Jay) of Old Trace and Donnie Ray Fannin of Vanceburg; her grandchildren, Angie Gilliam (Earl) of Olive Hill, Christopher Fannin (Nicole) of Grahn, Abbie Spencer (Kevin) of Mansfield, OH and Jason Carl Burchett (Heather Raleigh) of Hillsboro; her great grandchildren, Jacob Gilliam, Hunter Spencer, Jana Fannin, Aaron Spencer, Christopher Fannin Jr and Natalie Spencer; her brother Claudie Richmond (Hazel) of Old Trace; and her brother-in-law Doug Taylor of Sandy Springs, OH.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives, close friends.
