He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fay and Louise Fay (Hubbard); and his daughter Kay Fay. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Fay (Baker); his children, Rhonda Fay of Taylor Mill, KY, Debbie Fay Long (David) of Independence, KY, Vanessa Fay Brewer of Taylor Mill, KY and Billy Joe Fay (Kelly) of Fairfield, KY; his stepdaughters, Deanna Groce McAtee (David) of Lawrenceburg, IN and Laura Groce Widener of Lawrenceburg, IN; his brother Ronald Fay (Christina) of Cincinnati, OH; and his grandchildren, Joshua Fay, Brett Deck, Jamie Wilson, Derek Gregg, Dalton Long, Natasha Anderson, Corina Fay, Alaina Starks, Katlyn Starks, Bradley Fay, Cody Fay, Charlie Fay, Grant McAtee, Collin McAtee, Carter McAtee, Devin Widener and Riley Widener. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
