He is survived by: his father Frank Serra Sr.; his siblings, Frank Serra, Jr., Michael Serra and Shannon Serra of Indianapolis; and his daughters, Melissa Wainscott, Michelle Webb and Florence. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
