He is survived by: his children, Crystal Johnson (Tim Hall), Kelly Phillips and Brian Johnson; his grandchildren, Jade Johnson, Emily Hall, Keira Hall, Ian Johnson, Elijah Phillips, Olivia Phillips and Aiden Phillips; his great grandchild Aurora Whitson; and his siblings, Denny Johnson (Belinda), Virginia Gamble, Rick Johnson (Barb), Jane Bay, Laura Zumwalt (Jeff), Charles Johnson and Steve Arrowood. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
