He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Puckett and Ethel Puckett; his daughter Michelle Puckett; and his siblings, Larry Puckett, Imojean Connley and Vina Vanover.
He is survived by: his wife Katie Puckett; his children, Morgan Puckett, Colin Puckett, Amanda Searp (Archie), Paige Puckett, Hannah Hernandez (Edward) and Caroline Puckett; and his siblings, Fred Puckett, Gary Puckett (Brenda), Mike Puckett, Tim Puckett and Georgia Puckett. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
