He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Hayes and Barbara Hayes. He is survived by: his sisters, Heather Quattrini (Tom) and Erin Koscho (Scott); and his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Mia, Maggie, Scott, Sarah Armstrong (Jason), Silas and Savannah.
