She was predeceased by: her husband John Joseph Murphy Jr.; her daughter Kathleen McClanahan; her son-in-law Tony Jansen; and her brothers, Robert, Ray and Donald Sanning.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Murphy (Letty), Karen Jansen, Terrence Murphy (Deirdre), John Todd Murphy (Kathy), Marcie McMillon (James), Joseph Murphy and Martin Murphy (Laura). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
