She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Catron and Nora Catron (Perry); her husband John Brooks; her brothers, Oscar Catron, Cecil Perry, Lawrence Vanover, Calvin Catron and Junior Catron; her children, Delbert Brooks of Crittenden, Willard Brooks of Crittenden, Johnny Brooks of Whitley City, Kentucky, Mary Justice of Dry Ridge, Rita Perry of McCreary County, Sheila Bryant of McCreary County, Darlene Rombold of Florence, Flora Courtney of Crittenden and Nora Snodgrass of Crittenden, Kentucky; and her sister Julie Blankenship of Wayne, Michigan. She was also cherished by 18 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren.
