With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Carol Cook of Elsmere, Kentucky, who passed away on January 1, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Matthew Tolliver and Ada Mae Sizemore Tolliver; and her sisters, Sue Wood and Gail Davis. She is survived by: her husband Ronald "Doc" Cook; her children, Deana Carol Poston and Ronald Matthew Cook; her brother David James Tolliver; and her grandchildren, Jonathan, Roni Jo, Hanna, Jessie, Lily, Maddie, Emma and Tristan.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St Elizabeth Hospice, 483 South Loop Road, Edgewood, KY 41017.
