He was predeceased by: his parents, James Marsh and Fannie Marsh; and his sister Linda Reed. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Ann Marsh; his sons, Anthony, James E. Marsh III, Christopher Marsh and Bryan A. Marsh; his siblings, Michael A. Marsh and Judy Brown; and his son Elsmere.
