She was predeceased by: her parents, George Placke and Dora Placke (Brunegraff); her husband William J. O'Hara, Jr.; her son William J. O'Hara III; and her brother James Placke.
She is survived by: her son Thomas O'Hara (Linda) of Summerfield, Florida; and her siblings, George Placke of Alexandria, Richard Placke of Erlanger, Mary and Barbara Jones of Florence. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
